Step 1: Try It 

We realize our program can be intimidating from the outside looking in, so we encourage you to come in and check it out.  Visit during a class to see the action, or contact us to schedule a free intro with a coach and discuss how it works. 

Step 2: Fundamentals

Attending The Fundamentals Course is a requirement we ask of all of our members.  This 6-week course is designed to work around your current ability, introducing movement concepts, terminology and a baseline level of fitness to get you prepared for our All-levels class.  Learn more about our Fundamentals program at

Step 3: Group CrossFit

Our group CrossFit classes combine anything from calisthenics, gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, tire flipping, rope climbing, sledgehammer striking, and pretty much anything else you can imagine into an infinite variety of workouts. You never know what you might get! These classes are intense, challenging, and a lot of fun. 

We also realize that not everyone is on the same level of fitness.  For this reason we offer a variety of programs that can be tailored to your current level.
